          This map shows some areas we like to ski in.  This map is intended only to give first time
 visitors some idea of where to ski.  

          Areas marked with GREEN lines maybe easier than areas marked with RED.  RED lines
will tend to be harder, steeper, more committed, and perhaps more objective danger.  All areas
marked can have objective dangers including AVALANCHES.  Areas marked with GREEN  tend
to have areas that are lower angle and therefore perhaps less Avalanche  prone but can still have
Avalanches.  As well, routes approaching or leaving these area can have dangerous slide areas.
These routes are approximations and your route should should only be on slopes you have
determined to be safe given the days conditions and the ability of your party. BLUE dots are the
location of our cabins.

          It is highly recommended by Red Mountain Enterprises, that someone in every group have
 avalanche training, and experience traveling in avalanche prone terrain.  Everyone in this area
 should always carry rescue equipment, Shovels, Beacons, Probes, and know how to use them.
