make a reservation
email or call with
the following information
PAYMENT
A 30% Deposit is due at the time a reservation is
made and is NON REFUNDABLE.
The Balance is due, in full, 60 days prior to arrival and is NON REFUNDABLE.
If the balance is not paid in full your dates can be cancelled, and your deposit
will be (NON REFUNDABLE).
You will need to agree to and sign a rental
agreement in order to reserve a cabin.

CANCELLATIONS
Once your balance is paid it is NON REFUNDABLE unless those dates
are re-booked
by another party. Balance will be returned to you in proportion to
dates and number
of people that re-book those same dates. (ie. you book 6
people for three days,
then you cancel. 3 people re-book for two of those days. You
would receive a
refund for the balance of those 3 people for two days, the
remainder is non-refundable).
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
The only exceptions to the above cancellation policy is in the event of a
road closure.
If Hwy 550 is closed on the first day of your stay, before
you are able to arrive, a full
refund will be given for any unused dates. If the
road closes while you are on Red Mountain
Pass, any extra days that you must stay because the
road is closed will be without charge.
Check out on the day of your
departure is 12 o’clock noon. If the road closes after 12 noon
on the day of
your departure, and you haven’t left in time, and you must stay extra days,
you
will be billed for these days.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING
It is expected that during your stay you will maintain the hut as if it was
yours. We ask that
you make no alterations to the cabins unless previously
discussed with us. Any damage to the
cabins beyond normal wear (including but
not limited to nails, writing, carvings, burns or cuts
to table or counter tops
etc.) will be fixed by RME and billed to you on a cost plus labor basis.
It is
expected that when you leave at the end of your stay the cabin will be left
cleaned and neat.
If when you arrive you don’t feel the cabin was left
adequately cleaned please notify us. If it is
necessary for RME to clean after
your stay you will be billed for our time and materials. Labor
will be billed at
the rate of $30.00/hr. Labor could include transportation time and cost, round
trip from Grand Junction. Interest will be charged for all late payments. You
will be responsible
and billed for all legal fees and all expenses incurred by
Red Mountain Enterprises L.L.C., in
collecting these expenses.
